Broader than "fragrance allergen" specifically: any ingredient with a recognized potential to cause an allergic skin reaction, which a market's labeling rules may require disclosing above a concentration threshold. Fragrance allergens are the most heavily regulated subset today, but the category isn't limited to fragrance.
